These Terms of Service govern your use of PackMate, an app made and operated by Tal Miller, an independent developer ("we", "us"). By using PackMate, you agree to these terms.
PackMate is a travel packing list app that helps you plan and organize what to pack for trips. It is available as a web app at packmate.millersystems.net and as an Android app.

Pro features (one-time purchase):
Purchases are made on our website, packmate.millersystems.net, and payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Pro is activated on your account within a few seconds of a successful payment.
If you're not happy with PackMate Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked. Email packmate@millersystems.net from the address on your PackMate account. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, Pro features are removed from your account.
After 14 days, purchases are non-refundable except in the case of a billing error, which you can report to the same address at any time.
You retain ownership of the trip data and packing lists you create in PackMate. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile tab in the app.
Pro users can generate packing list suggestions using Google Gemini AI. These suggestions are provided as a convenience. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated packing lists for any specific trip or situation. Always use your own judgment when packing.
PackMate is an independent app operated by Tal Miller. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.
PackMate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tal Miller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PackMate, including but not limited to loss of data or missed travel items.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PackMate after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
